“Our vegetarianism journey began in 1996 after learning and realizing that man’s original diet isn’t any living creature, but plants. This realization came about while observing how animals were suffering at abattoirs. We adopted a research lifestyle mainly to ascertain how lifestyle diseases are brought about. The research results were staggeringly overwhelming that my husband had an epiphany, so did the rest of the family. It was during this time that a new vegetarian life began, and every family member vowed never to eat an animal product.
Just the same way our vegetarian journey had begun, our veganism journey has begun too.
There are wondrous health benefits that are found in eating plant based foods, you may not understand them fully unless you get into it. One of the observable benefits is that we grow old much slower than people who are on animal based diets. We rarely get sick and we are more likely to never get lifestyle diseases.”
