Homemade Soy milk

Cheap, healthy and easy to make, homemade Soy milk has no added preservatives and chemicals. A drink that will leave you healed and healthy.

Ingredients: Soy beans and clean water.

Recipe:

  1. Soak soy beans for at least 6 – 12 hours.
  2. Rinse thoroughly.
  3. Blend the beans with water at a high speed (1 cup of soaked beans with 2 cups of clean water).
  4. Extract the Soy milk by passing the blended puree through a cheesecloth.
  5. Repeat the prior step so as to adjust the consistency, not too thick and not too light should be the result.
  6. Boil or preferably simmer the milk for 30 – 40 minutes without covering the boiling container (pot).
  7. Serve hot wait for it to reach room temperature and save cold.
  8. Store in a sealed container and refrigerate for 4 to 5 days.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 Gluten sliced for sauce
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/2 piece medium size carrot cut into florets.
  • 1/2 pineapple tidbits
  • ??1 tbs?? natural honey
  • 2 tbs corn-starch
  • 1 or 1/2 tbs soy sauce
  • Juice from four medium sized lemons
  • Salt

Recipe:

  1. Mix corn-starch, honey, lemon juice, water and soy sauce in a sauce pan until smoothness.
  2. Cook over medium heat while stirring until boiling.
  3. Season with salt for taste.
  4. Add carrot florets and pineapple tidbits.
  5. Cook, making sure it’s half cooked.
  6. Add gluten and cook for 5 minutes more.
  7. Serve hot.
